前台北市議員、中華統一促進黨成員李承龍17日在臉書上自稱，八田與一斷頭案是他做的，他與1名邱姓女共犯昨被帶到北市警中正一分局進行筆錄，訊後遭台南地方檢察署限制住居。今清晨李承龍在臉書PO文報平安，說自己已回家，並以加入「中華統一促進黨」為榮。

李承龍在清晨4點多，在臉書PO文向親友報平安說：「回家了，手機、外套、皮鞋都被扣留，所以找他別打行動電話，要用臉書信息或微信。滿額折價」隨後又貼文表示，以加入中華統一促進黨為榮，但抹黑統促黨，是讓「有志之士」無法合作，白癡才會上當。

據了解，李承龍個性大砲，許多資深議員獲知他砍八田銅像後，都不意外，因李承龍曾揍過現任交通部長賀陳旦，也多次和扁政府時期的官員發生衝突扭打，所以對於他涉案都不意外。

李承龍1958年生，現今59歲，曾創地下最便宜電台「新思維」，是「全民打扁連線」總召集人。1994年，李承龍代表新黨當選第７屆台北市議員，但之後退黨，成為無黨籍市議員。1998年與扁市府交通局長賀陳旦爆發肢體衝突，還朝賀陳旦丟保溫杯。

台科大電子系博士生與團隊研發「Vulcan」智慧溫控插座，能套在一般電鍋，並依照APP的食譜精準控制電鍋的溫度及加熱時間，煮牛排再也不用怕不熟或太熟，任何人都能將料理完美烹煮。產品近日登上群眾募資平台，僅三天便募集超過一百萬元。

Vulcan智慧溫控插座由台科大電子系楊仕凡與友人朱鴻宇共同研發，兩人愛吃美食卻又不會煮飯，於是決定設計一款能幫助烹調的智慧裝置，並且針對不容易料理的肉類，開發各式食譜、建立烹調曲線，把烹飪科學化，即使不曾下廚的人也能輕鬆做出各式美食。

台科大校長廖慶榮表示，Vulcan成功將家電與物聯網科技結合，透過簡易的裝置改變中華文化高溫油煙的烹調習慣，充滿創意巧思的設計不僅在2015通訊大賽中奪得亞軍，也於今年獲得藍牙應用亞太地區創新獎冠軍。

智慧溫控插座其實是利用真空低溫烹調，食材放入真空袋隔水加熱，透過精準的溫度控制讓水溫均勻滲透到食材中，保留食材原有的鮮甜，並維持肉的嫩度，這是源自法國的烹調技術「舒肥法(Sous-Vude)」，許多米其林主廚愛用的料理方法。

智慧溫控插座能取代一整套昂貴的舒肥料理機，直接套用在一般電鍋、烤箱等用具上，使用者只要將探針放入電鍋中偵測溫度，並在手機APP選擇食譜，智慧插座就能透過藍牙連線，以電力控制加溫，同時也可透過APP即時監控烹煮時程。

創業雖然辛苦但楊仕凡沒有被擊倒，他笑說：「想到工作結束後有東西可以吃，就不覺得辛苦了！」他也坦言，比起技術研發，最難的還是後端銷售，市場變動太快，只能不斷參展擺攤觀察消費者喜好、蒐集資料，才能訂出適合的行銷策略。

正如火如荼展開募資計畫的Vulcan，登上群眾募資平台後，短短三天就募得超過一百萬元資金，成功吸引大眾目光，隨著話題持續發燒，截至目前總金額已突破兩百萬元，商品也可於明年四月出貨，六月正式販售，讓每個人都能輕輕鬆鬆做出頂級料理。
